About Waldhoff
Founded in 2015 as a collaboration between a Swiss watch designer and Manfred Starck Uhren GmbH, a watchmaker based in Pforzheim, Germany, Waldhoff set out to bring high-horology aesthetics to accessible price points. The brand gained traction through successful Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns beginning in 2017, where its dramatic open-worked dials and tourbillon pieces stood out. Watches are assembled and calibrated by hand in the brand's own atelier in Pforzheim, drawing on founder Manfred Starck's decades of experience that began at Stowa. The lineup spans entry-level automatics like the Multimatic and The Capital through to titanium co-axial tourbillon flagships in the Quantum and Ultramatic lines.
