About Tornek-Rayville
The original Tornek-Rayville TR-900 was a Blancpain Fifty Fathoms re-badged by importer Allen Tornek to meet U.S. military procurement rules and issued to elite units including Navy UDT/SEALs in the early 1960s; surviving examples are now grail-level collectibles. The name was revived by enthusiast Bill Yao (of MKII fame), who relaunched the brand around purpose-built tool watches like the Paradive dive watch, the TR-660 and TR Type 7B 'Blakjak,' and the 38mm CISO M38 field/dive pieces developed in collaboration with MACV-SOG veterans, with a portion of proceeds supporting the Special Operations Association.
