Founded in 2024 by Ryan LeClair in London, Ontario, Makoto Watch Company creates Japanese-inspired watches with dials cut from precious stones — malachite, lapis lazuli, red agate, meteorite, and mother of pearl. Each model is limited to 25–50 pieces per release, never exceeding 100 units annually, preserving collector exclusivity. The name Makoto (誠) reflects the brand's ethos of genuine craftsmanship, authenticity, and integrity.
