UNO Quartz watch Anniversary

Founded in 1986 by designer Klaus Botta in Königstein near Frankfurt, Botta Design is the German studio behind the UNO — the first modern wristwatch built on the single-hand principle, reading time with one calm, continuously sweeping hand. Its watches pare timekeeping back to essentials: uncluttered dials, titanium cases, and a natural display logic executed with technical precision. Each piece is assembled in Germany around Swiss-made movements, and the one-hand idea extends to 24-hour dials in the UNO 24 and MONDO GMT.
